Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration: ETB, Bundle & Collection Guide

By The Pokécave · Updated September 2, 2026

Five Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration formats are available at The Pokécave: the Elite Trainer Box ($49.99), the Binder Collection ($39.99), the Booster Bundle ($59.99), the Ultra-Premium Collection — Night ($179.99) and the Ultra-Premium Collection — Day ($179.99). Pack counts run from 3 to 9, and each format adds a different extra — promos, a binder, a poster, an acrylic display or the full accessory set.

30th Celebration is the anniversary line for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. The English retail line-up is small and easy to compare: five sealed formats, from a three-pack Ultra-Premium Collection — Night up to the nine-pack Elite Trainer Box.

This guide sets the five formats side by side using the publisher's own product information — pack counts, promos and accessories — so you can decide which one fits how you actually buy. Prices below are our USD selling prices.

The five products at a glance

Elite Trainer Box — the one with everything

The Elite Trainer Box is the largest format in the line at nine booster packs, and the only one that ships with a full play kit: 65 sleeves with 30th Celebration artwork, 16 foil Basic Energy cards, a player's guide, six damage-counter dice, a competition-legal coin-flip die, a plastic condition marker, a collector's box with six dividers and a code card.

It also carries the full-art foil Nidorina promo. If you play as well as collect, this is the format where the accessories are worth as much to you as the cards.

  • 9 booster packs — the highest pack count in the line.
  • 1 full-art foil Nidorina promo card.
  • Sleeves, energy, dice, coin-flip die, condition marker and a storage box with dividers.

Booster Bundle vs Binder Collection

These two sit within a few dollars of each other and answer different questions. The Booster Bundle is six sealed packs and nothing else — the cheapest way to buy packs by the pack in this line. The Binder Collection trades one pack for a commemorative nine-pocket binder.

If you already own binders and only want cards, take the Bundle. If the pulls are going straight into storage anyway, the Binder Collection gives you the storage for roughly the price of the pack you gave up.

  • Booster Bundle — $59.99, 6 packs, no extras.
  • Binder Collection — $39.99, 5 packs plus a commemorative 9-pocket binder.

Ultra-Premium Collection — Night — the legendary bird promos

At $179.99 the Ultra-Premium Collection — Night is the only place in the line to get the foil Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres promo cards. It comes with three 30th Celebration booster packs and a commemorative poster of expansion artwork.

Three packs is the smallest count in the line, so buy this one for the promos and the poster rather than for the pack opening.

Where the Ultra-Premium Collection — Day fits

At $179.99 the Ultra-Premium Collection — Day sits at the top of the line: eight 30th Celebration booster packs, a foil Ditto promo card, a colorful acrylic card display and a Pokémon TCG Live code card.

It is the only product in the line that ships with a display piece rather than play accessories, which makes it the simplest one to give as a gift or to sit on a shelf with the promo shown.

Which one fits which buyer

There is no best product here, only a best fit. Work from how you use sealed product rather than from price.

  • Players — the Elite Trainer Box. Sleeves, energy, dice, a coin and a storage box are the parts you actually use at a table, and nine packs is enough to feel the set.
  • Pack openers on a budget — the Booster Bundle. Six packs, no accessories you did not ask for.
  • Collectors who need storage — the Binder Collection. Five packs and somewhere to put them.
  • Promo hunters — the Ultra-Premium Collection — Night. The only format with the foil Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres cards.
  • Gift buyers and shelf collectors — the Ultra-Premium Collection — Day. A display piece included and nothing the recipient has to already own.

Verified contents of each product

  • Ultra-Premium Collection — Day — 8 packs; 1 foil Ditto promo; acrylic card display; code card.

How ordering works at The Pokécave

Every 30th Celebration listing uses the same cart and checkout as the rest of the store, and the price on the product page is the price at checkout — there is no surcharge and no compare-at price.

We do not quote allocation numbers, stock counts or arrival windows we cannot verify. Shipping, returns and cancellation are governed by the store policies linked below — read them before you order rather than relying on a summary here.

If you have a question a policy page does not answer, contact us before ordering and we will answer it directly.

What this guide will not tell you

We do not estimate pull rates, resale prices or future value for any 30th Celebration product, and we do not describe sealed product as an investment. Nobody knows what is inside a sealed pack, and print runs for this line have not been published. Buy the box you want to own.
