Privacy Policy

Order information. When you check out we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address so we can fulfil and deliver your order.

Payment information. We accept Bitcoin (BTC) only, with 15% off; card payment is currently under maintenance. We never ask for or store card details. When you report a payment we receive the transaction ID or screenshot you choose to share so we can confirm it on the blockchain.

Usage information. We record anonymous browsing events (pages viewed, products added to cart) tied to a random session identifier stored in your browser, together with your approximate country (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider) and browser type. If you place an order, those events may be linked to your email address so we can understand and recover abandoned orders.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and shopping behaviour (page views, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase events). Google processes this data under its own privacy terms.

• To process, fulfil and ship your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To provide payment receipts and handle returns, refunds or disputes.
• To understand how the store is used and to improve our products and content.
• To detect fraud and keep the store secure.

We store your shopping cart, an anonymous session ID and analytics preferences in your browser’s local storage. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. You can clear or block these in your browser settings; the store will still work, but your cart will not persist between visits.

• Public blockchains — crypto payments are recorded on the relevant public network (the Bitcoin network). We do not send your name, email or address to any payment processor.
• Google Analytics — aggregated, pseudonymous usage statistics.
• Shipping carriers — your name and delivery address, solely to deliver your order.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it for analytics. Email us at official@thpokecave.com and we will respond within 30 days. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
